Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 April 2025
This page explains how Ruam Wealth uses cookies on this website, what each type does, and how you can adjust your preferences at any time. We have tried to keep the language direct and straightforward.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — computer, tablet, or phone — when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit, such as your language preference or whether you have already seen a notice.
Cookies do not contain personal data in themselves, though some may be linked to information you have provided. They are widely used to make websites function correctly and to give site owners a clearer picture of how their pages are being used.
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can change this in your browser settings, though doing so may affect how some parts of this site work.
Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
These are necessary for the website to function. They handle things like session state and basic security. They cannot be switched off.
Examples: session identifiers, security tokens, form state.
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors move through the site — which pages are visited most, how long people spend reading, and where they come from. The information is aggregated and not linked to individuals.
Examples: page view counts, session duration, traffic source.
Marketing Cookies
These are used to show you relevant content based on your interests. If you decline these, you may still see general advertising, but it will not be tailored to your browsing habits.
Examples: ad network identifiers, retargeting pixels.
Preference Cookies
These remember choices you make — such as your language or region — so you do not need to set them each time you visit. Disabling these cookies may mean you are asked to re-enter your preferences on each visit.
Examples: language selection, display settings.
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to adjust your preferences, or use the buttons below. Your choices are saved to your browser and will be remembered on your next visit.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are placed by third-party services rather than by Ruam Wealth directly. We do not control these cookies. Each third party has its own privacy and cookie policy, which we encourage you to read.
| Service | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Visitor statistics and usage analysis | Analytics |
| Google Maps | Location map embedded on homepage | Essential |
| Meta (Facebook) | Audience targeting and reach measurement | Marketing |
| Google Fonts | Typography rendering | Essential |
Cookie Duration
Session cookies exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close the browser tab or window. These are typically used to keep you logged in or to carry information through a single visit.
Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. They allow the site to remember your preferences across separate visits. Expiry periods vary by purpose — from a few days to two years — and are noted in the table above where applicable.
